ERA Wilder Realty's CarolinaWalk is recognized
The Metal Building Contractors and Erectors Association – Carolina’s Chapter
has recognized CarolinaWalk’s rooftop pavilion as the building of the year in
the “Retro-fit” category. The pavilion was designed by MMG Construction, Inc.
of Arden, North Carolina and is marketed by ERA Wilder Realty.
The competition for this honor included several thousand competitors and represents
the unique qualities of the CarolinaWalk condominiums.
