ERA Wilder Welcomes Thomas Shumpert
Columbia, SC October 2007 - Joining the Lexington office, Thomas Shumpert is
a welcome addition to the ERA Wilder family. Thomas was born and raised in Columbia,
South Carolina. He graduated from USC in 2002 with a B.A. in Economics. Thomas
attained his Broker's License in 2006 and created Shumpert Realty, LLC. He now manages
53 of his personal properties under Shumpert Realty and handles all other real
estate transactions under ERA Wilder Realty, Inc.
He is a Certified New Homes Specialist, HUD registered broker, and member of
the Greater Columbia Association of REALTORS. He is an ambassador for the Home
Builders Association and also serves on the membership council for the Sales and
Marketing Council in Columbia, South Carolina.
He has been married to his high school sweet-heart for 7 years now and he is
the father of two boys--ages 1 and 2!
