ERA Wilder Realty Professional Receives Buyer Representation Accreditation

Irmo, SC January 2008 – Local real estate professional Darlene Vause of ERA Wilder
Realty in Irmo, SC has received accreditation as a homebuyer representative from
the Real Estate Buyer's Agency Council.
To earn the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) designation, Vause completed
an extensive training program on buyer agency practices and procedures, passed
a written examination and demonstrated practical experience as a buyer representative.
To maintain her accreditation, she must be a member in good standing on the Real
Estate Buyer's Agency Council and the National Association of RealtorsÒ.
