As an agent in this area for the past 17 years, I try to stay abreast of all available properties on both sides of Lake Marion whether it is waterfront, lake area, small town, or gated community, in order to assist Buyers in finding their own "little piece of paradise," and advise/assist Sellers in marketing their property for a quick sale at a fair price.
