As a native of the Lake Norman area, I am able to promote and market my area from a native's perspective. My love of the area and its people shows in my attitude and in the success I've been blessed with. I have a huge network of past clients and friends who live and work in this area and much of my business now comes from referrals and repeat clients.

I enjoy spending time with my husband and two sons. I share a love of horses with my family and we spend our leisure hours riding our horses.

Many families moving into our area are extremely concerned with the schools their children will attend. My children attend the local schools and I can answer most any question or concern a potential buyer may have about area school systems.

One common headache many families endure when moving is the loan approval process and closing process. Before becoming a realtor in 1996, I was employed for 9 years in a law firm specializing in real estate transactions. My background as a real estate paralegal helped prepare me for my career as a realtor. I've found that this experience was invaluable and my knowledge of the closing process and loan requirements, as well as title and survey issues, will make sure your move is as stress-free as possible.
